Cailene Huerta is Director of Client Service at Parcion Private Wealth. In her role, she oversees the firm’s client service function, focusing on delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience in support of the firm’s continued growth and commitment to service excellence.

She brings more than a decade of experience across wealth management and financial services environments. Cailene focuses on building and refining client service operations, improving processes, and strengthening coordination across teams. She is known for bringing structure to complex organizations and creating clarity that enables teams to deliver a high standard of service.

Prior to joining Parcion, Cailene was with AlTi Tiedemann Global, where she helped establish and scale the firm’s international wealth platform in Zurich while supporting a high-touch client experience. She developed client service models, implemented technology platforms, and built processes to support growth and consistency across the business. Her work included close collaboration with investment, operations, and technology teams to improve coordination and enhance the client experience.

Cailene earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, spending time in the mountains, and traveling.
