Parcion Pact
With a Human Touch.
Do the little things, as well as the big things, that blow clients away. Create extraordinary experiences they will tell others about. Loyalty is earned by doing the unexpected.
Make them say "wow." Pay attention to the things that make them unique. Use handwritten notes, personalized gifts, and timely phone calls to show you care about them as individuals.
Genuine thoughtfulness can't be faked.

These two things, done before you type a single prompt, will change the quality of everything you get back.
Decide the output first.
Format, dimensions, size. One task, not a project. The more specific, the better the result.
Make it ask you questions.
Before it builds anything, tell Claude to stop and ask what it needs to know.
| Vague | Specific |
|---|---|
| "Make me a presentation" | "Make me one 16:9 slide" |
| "Create a chart" | "Make me a high-resolution graph at 1920×1080" |
| "Build me a client report" | "Make me an 8.5×11 PDF with these three data points" |
| "Write our Q3 newsletter" | "Draft a subject line for our Q3 newsletter" |
Claude doesn't have a default format. If you don't specify dimensions and output type, it makes a reasonable guess — and that guess will cost you a round of revisions. Thirty seconds of specificity upfront saves fifteen minutes of cleanup later.
For Building
Brand Guide
.html
For Writing
Messaging Guide
.txt
Before you start, think about your output. That tells you which file to upload. Resist the urge to upload everything. Too much context and Claude starts making its own choices about what matters.
Building Something
A layout, a slide, a PDF
Upload the Brand Guide (.html)
Writing Something
An email, a summary, client copy
Upload the Messaging Guide (.txt)
Then Layer In
Client documents, fund data, meeting notes. Claude reads everything in your project before it responds.
Example: Summarizing a Fidelity VC fund? Upload the fund materials plus the Messaging Guide. Claude knows the data and knows how Parcion sounds.
The output format matters as much as the content.
Works Well
Use With Caution
Build in Claude first. Move it over manually.
"The biggest gains from electricity didn't come from replacing a steam engine with an electric motor, it came when the electric motor was redesigned into every individual tool, and the factory floor was rebuilt around it."
Paraphrased, Art Zaske
We're in that moment. The question isn't how to make Claude work inside PowerPoint and Word. It's whether PowerPoint and Word are still the right tools at all. Expect the way we work to change, and workflows that don't look like the old ones.
