Terry Cook is the managing partner of Parcion Private Wealth; an independent multi-family office that partners with business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families to optimize wealth events and beyond through smart planning, strong advocacy and prudent investment management. With more than 26 years of experience, Terry has designed Parcion Private Wealth as the next step in helping his clients preserve the legacy they’ve built to support their families and communities.

Prior to founding Parcion, Terry was a managing director and founder of the Cascade Group of UBS Private Wealth Management. Throughout his career, Terry has focused on providing advanced planning around cash flow modeling, wealth transfer goals, customized investment policies and guiding through major liquidity events.

As a leader in the community, Terry serves on the national board for the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a board member and past board chair for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound and the Ducks Unlimited Seattle Chapter.

He also supports Seattle Children Hospital, Hopelink, and lectures regularly for the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon. Terry has a son and two daughters. A resident of Yarrow Point, Washington, Terry is an avid cyclist, is committed to fitness and nutrition, and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Kyle continues his 13+ year career in private wealth management with a focus on customized portfolio construction and investment research. Kyle is an experienced advisor who drives Parcion’s client advocacy for business owners throughout their succession planning and sales process. 

Kyle graduated from University of Washington with a degree in economics. Kyle is a CFA® charterholder and Certified Financial Planner™ professional.

Jenny has more than 20 years of experience assisting corporate executives, business owners, and private families, and has worked as a Private Wealth Partner for over 15 years.  As  leader of Parcion’s Client Service team, she manages all aspects of client service with a primary focus on operational and administrative functions. She is responsible for asset transfer, account opening and maintenance, banking and lending services as well as the coordination of the firm’s family office lifestyle resource network. Jenny also collaborates with each family’s trusted advisors to develop a comprehensive and unified strategy to meet each client’s unique needs and objectives. Her accomplishments include multiple awards in recognition of her dedication to professional client service.

Jenny earned a degree in psychology from the University of Washington. She is personally involved with many local charities, including Nikkei Concerns, Kay Abe’s Feed the Homeless Project and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound. Jenny lives in Bellevue with her husband and son and enjoys traveling and attending many local sporting and theater events.

Douglas Johnson

Doug has over 20 years of experience in the advisory industry serving as an advisor, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and consultant in the Seattle area. As COO for Parcion, he plays a critical role as a strategic partner, operations leader, employee developer, and risk manager. Doug’s oversight and ability to define and manage priorities, innovate, and improve performance are what provide long-term business sustainability and success.

Doug holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from UCLA. He has co-authored industry benchmarking studies and published several articles. Doug lives with his family and their yellow Labrador in Snoqualmie and enjoys golfing, hiking and skiing in the Cascades.

John joins Parcion with considerable wealth management and leadership experience, previously serving as Chief Investment Officer at two large Seattle area Registered Investment Advisors. He is adept at working with clients, ranging from business owners, corporate executives, families, and institutions, to help them realize their goals and accomplish what is most important to them. As Director of Investment Solutions at Parcion, John's role is to enhance our investment philosophy and implementation process through research and analysis; and together with other members of the investment committee, direct firm-wide strategic allocation policies with a goal of always finding opportunities to add value and affect positive change for our clients and their portfolios.

John's experience and accomplishments include:

Kathleen is the Relationship Management Team Lead for Parcion Private Wealth specializing in advanced planning implementation and execution. Kathleen's areas of focus for clients include: financial planning, risk mitigation, education planning, charitable giving, portfolio implementation, lending solutions and healthcare analysis. Prior to joining Parcion, Kathleen was with UBS Private Wealth Management since 2015 and was previously with Morgan Stanley since 2013.

Prior to Parcion, Ryan joined UBS in early 2018, after working with Wells Fargo Advisors and Morgan Stanley handling aspects of advanced financial planning.  He brings nine years of financial planning experience to our team. At Wells Fargo Advisors, Ryan led a team responsible for investment research and analytics, tax and social security issues, and other relevant legal topics. Previously with The Cascade Group at UBS and now with Parcion, he develops comprehensive financial plans for clients and collaborates with the team and the clients' trusted advisors to help them make informed decisions.

Michael Raine

Michael serves as a Relationship Manager to clients, facilitating advanced planning implementation. He helps with risk mitigation (property and casualty insurance, asset titling), charitable giving accounts, college planning, life insurance analysis, and advanced planning solutions. Prior to joining Parcion, Michael was a UBS Private Wealth Management since 2018, and before that was a Financial Planner at the Finity Group in 2016.

Cole serves Parcion as Trader and Research Analyst. He is responsible for trade execution, portfolio allocation and market analysis. Prior to Parcion, Cole joined the team at UBS in 2017.  Prior to starting his career in financial services he was previously a Business Development Associate with PitchBook Data. As a member of the Investment Department at Parcion, Cole's role includes all aspects of client portfolio management.

Mary is a Relationship Manager at Parcion and her responsibilities include implementing customized and comprehensive financial plans as well as providing a high touch experience for clients. She helps clients in the most critical areas for financial success including but not limited to mitigating risk, planning for personalized life goals such as college planning and charitable giving, cash flow, lending solutions, insurance, and family planning. Prior to joining Parcion, Mary was at UBS Private Wealth Management and previously worked as a Financial Consultant Partner at Charles Schwab in Denver, Colorado.

Gina Pope

Gina is a Senior Client Service Specialist at Parcion.  She brings over 12 years of experience in private wealth management.  Her specialty is assisting clients with their service and administrative needs, operational process development, and team management.  Gina values a collaborative team approach and strives to instill trust and open communication.  

Gina grew up on the east coast and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing.  She loves “hanging out” with her two sons and her grand dog, Louie.  Gina enjoys hiking, spending lots of time with family and friends, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, exercise and alternative medicine, and traveling; one of her bucket list vacations is a trip to the Maldives.

Galen is Client Service Specialist at Parcion.  He assists clients with all service and administrative requests. Prior to Parcion, Galen was at UBS Private Wealth Management and Merrill Lynch, where he began his career in 2016. 

Galen graduated from the University of Washington – Michael G. Foster School of Business, with a B.A. in Finance. 

Galen is an avid hiker and rock climber and enjoys exploring all of the nature our beautiful state has to offer!  When the weather turns in the fall, you can find him cheering on the Seahawks and Husky football.

Juliet is the Sr. Operations Manager for Parcion Private Wealth specializing in program management, process improvement, and project planning, implementation and execution. Juliet's areas of focus include: event planning, hiring and onboarding of new employees, marketing, compliance, operations, office management and administration. Prior to joining Parcion, Juliet was with Amazon since 2015 and was previously with Cobalt Mortgage and Holland America Cruise Lines.
